1. About these terms

These terms and conditions apply to anyone who accesses this website or engages Chris Taylor Online for consulting, advisory, speaking or training services. By using the site or booking services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.

2. Services

We provide strategy, advisory and consulting services to help businesses grow through social media, social selling, advertising and personal brand positioning. All services are delivered on a bespoke basis and specific scope, deliverables and fees are agreed in writing before work begins.

3. Booking, payment and invoices

Fees for services are agreed in advance and invoiced as set out in the relevant proposal or engagement letter. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable immediately on receipt and no payment terms are offered. Work may be paused or stopped if payment is not received on time.

4. Cancellations and refunds

All services are provided business to business. Because of this, no cooling-off period applies and no refunds are offered once work has commenced or a session has been delivered. Any request to reschedule must be agreed in writing and may be subject to additional charges.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including articles, videos, branding, materials and methodology, is owned by or licensed to Chris Taylor Online and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit any content without written permission.

Materials created specifically for a client as part of a paid engagement are provided for the client's internal use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback and access to any accounts or assets needed to deliver the services. Results depend on many factors including market conditions, client execution and audience behaviour, so we do not guarantee specific outcomes.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chris Taylor Online is not liable for any indirect, consequential or economic loss arising from the use of this website or the provision of services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with the updated date shown below. Continued use of the site or services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
